e-ROC Important Notice in pandemic period

Dear ROC Customers

We kindly request you to send your technical or payment issues by following emails which you face when you use e-ROC online system during this critical situation due to the spread of the Covid-19 virus in Sri Lanka.

When you send the email regarding your payment issues, kindly send the following details to check that issue from ROC side.

• Last 4 numbers of Card Number
• Name of Bank
• Type of Card (Credit/Debit)
• Date of Payment
• Time of Payment
