CERTIFIED TRUE COPIES FOR ALREADY REGISTERED FORMS & OTHER DOCUMENTS

The Invoices to obtain CERTIFIED COPIES (already registered Forms) are valid ONLY for 30 days from the date on the invoices issued by this Department.

This Department does not hold any responsibility to issue Certified Copies for invoices that have exceeded the 30 days.

Effective Date: 01 January 2022.
