Registrar of Companies takes Great Pleasure in announcing the Go-Live of the second phase of e Registrar Of Companies online System. It was Successfully Launched on the 18th of June, 2020. Now the On-line registered companies, societies, auditors, secretaries can perform the following
- Name Changes of Companies
- Status changes of Companies
- Change of Address of Companies and related changes
- Issue of shares and related other changes of companies
- Charges/Mortgages of companies
- Director/ Company Secretary changes of companies
- Changes to Shareholders
- Submission of annual returns of companies
Renewal and re-registration of public contracts are also enabled on the new system.
Prior to 18th June 2020, the users were only enabled to reserve a name and incorporation using online system.
